Anyone use Mobil 1 10W30 synthetic oil?

I know it's not a flat fender, but I have a 98 Ram 2500 4X4 with V-10. I put only around 5000 miles a year on it. I typically use NAPA 10W-30 oil in it, and change every 3 months, but was thinking about going to Mobil 1 10W-30 and changing once a year. It has 78000 miles. Any thoughts or opinions on it?
