Coating your Shop floor ..Paint or sealer

What have you done to seal your shop floor. I am tired of constant sweeping as the cement dust never stops. My floor is 1 year old, well aged, no oil or grease. I plan to empty it bay by bay to coat. Of course price is a big thing or I would hire a commercial company to epoxy coat the floor.
