You are right it would be easy to do , just remember one thing these old swivel frame trucks are grandfathered in . They can be used because they are original ,they certanily would not be permitted on the road if they were made today. Keeping that in mind if someone makes it and there is an colision and injuries result the owner / builder would be wrapped up in court for tht rest of his days.
Things are not as simple as they once were and we live in a society that is all to eager to go to court to make a buck.
