Back in the second world war Bayer of Germany did secret testing on concentration camp prisioners and are now being sued by families of the victims . Rightly so but amazing to think all this time could go by and still the could be held responsible for what was done by people who are long dead.
I have checked into it , I am fine using the swivel on the road but if I made one and someone got hurt I would be liable , something to do with laws applying to the truck that were in place when it was made.
