Hey boy's don't sweat it. Is there any designation on the vin # for trucks with a swivel? If not then who`s to know? As I understand it they were added outside of the factory. Whats the odds of proving in court that an accident was caused by the swivel? Put it on your insurance policy & go for it. Would upgrading to disc brakes not put one in a far more vunerable position? Just my .02 worth George
