Hi Jay
I have a 1966 Ford F350 with Dana 70 rear and Dana 60 front. I have a steel flat bed, 10000 Ramsey pto winch, and in the winter a snow plow. I installed a disc brake conversion on the front about 20 years ago. I fought the same problem as you are, changing master cylinders, proportioning valves, adjusting the little rod in the MC until Paul of NY shared some information on a hydroboost. I contacted his source and purchased the unit. Now I have incredible brakes, even with the bed loaded with sand, gravel or firewood.
That would be my recommendation to you.
