More water needed at 2-3 &4-5, because two exhaust valves next to each other. Maybe that is why the factory didn't siamese all 6?

OHC belt drive might be doable. Leave off the chain, putty up :D the front of the oil pan. The Vega water pump was driven off the back of the timing belt. Either in line valves like Pinto, or maybe the hemi valve train that Mazda/ (early Ford Ranger ?) used?

All concepts now.And probaly always.
