Most engines use bigger,heavier, or multiple intake valves. Bigger springs too. So more load on the intake rocker systems.
Two valves per rocker is SOP for multi-valve auto engines w/ solid lifters.
But I did like the Pinto motor with hydraulics under the wrong end of the rocker.
