My son and I just completed installing a turbo on the 230 in his 1951 M37. The increase in power is amazing. It runs about 5 lbs boost max.
We noticed that the factory fuel pump is leaking at the pivot shaft. Enough to be a problem. Is there a way to seal up the shaft? Bush the casting? The shaft appears to be moving in the body casting, so I'm not sure that putting Form-A-Gasket on it is going to work.
Your thoughts appreciated.
