That greases the upper and lower King pin Bearing/bushing, and the axle joint.
Has nothing to do with wheel bearings.
On the back side of the axle ball is a slotted screw plug.
Remove that and pump Chassis grease through the top Grease zerk until it comes out the hole, reinstall plug.
It will or can take a lot of grease.
The wheel bearings are packed with wheel bearing grease after you remove the wheel, and hubs/drum, and thoroughly cleaning and inspecting the bearings.
Note; there is a large snap ring on the inside of the hub that must be removed before you can drive out the inner bearing and seal.
