Use low temp (non disk brake) wheel bearing grease for the wheel bearings. No reason to use grease designed for disk brakes unless you will be converting to disk brakes.
If your front axle is leaking badly on the inside of the front wheel hub area or if there is differential lube in the wheel bearings, the inner seal on your axle is shot. It would not be a bad idea to check and most likely replace your bronze axle bushings and seals. It takes time but not too difficult of a job.
