Full "waterfall" dash- signifies MILITARY vs CIVY?

always wondered. In fact so, I did a lot of searches on line just looking for pics of WC 1/2 ton dodge closed cab Dashes..

All I have seen were as follows:

Full "waterfall" = MILITARY
flat section/no waterfall = CIVILIAN CAB

now like everything else in life, it seems there ARE exceptions. But none that I have seen to date.

If this one of them "tell tale" signs of a civy cab vs a military cab 100% for sure?

Just asking a question to something I wanted to know for sure.

has anyone seen, or own a true military cab wit ha non full waterfall in the dash?
