Don't know what those came out of, but I have never seen any like those in a Power-Wagon.

The correct ones for a WDX would be mounted in the center of the dash like pictured here. The knobs are ivory colored plastic. Unless someone went and retrofitted their WDX with a newer heater later in life, then all bets are off.
