So that was when it was first available in the PW. The heater controls Clint showed are correct for the WDX. The knobs are generic as the model 36 heater was used in various models of car as well as trucks.

Many heaters were dealer installed and many more were installed by the owners so you'll find all sorts of other brand and aftermarket heaters in PWs.
