First, in California your vehicle is classified as a truck and will apply under the GVW ratings. If I remember right, the 100 model town wagon is rated at 6000 GVW so your frame can be up to the height as listed in the chart for this GVW rating. Remember, California also applies weight fees for the actual weight of the vehicle for registration! It isn't cheap!
