And you will need a weight ticket from a DMV recognized scale before they will issue tags. Call the local DMV and find out who the name of the scale company they usually use for getting the GVW weights. Most often it's a local moving van company with an ingound scale. And your right it is expensive, $90 bucks for my B1 2WD.
