Attention 273-318LA RKI's - NEED HELP!!!

I am having trouble with misaligned pulleys on my 318 LA. No mattter what pulleys I pick up, I have about a 25% pulley width misalignment between the water pump pulley and the crank pulley.

My crank and harmonic balancer are from a forged steel 318LA, which would be a 1967. I'm wondering if th balancer is heavier and possibly thicker than one for a cast crank.

In fact, my references show the 1967 318LA steel crank as being the same crank as the 273. Did the 273 use different pulleys than the 1968-on 318?

If that's the case, then I'll have to hunt for 273 specific pulleys. Any good sources? Any known part numbers?
