Broken or stuck screws new method?

I am attempting to remove the stuck screw holding in the pass door lock cylinder. I have been removing stuck screws for years. Most of the time I am successful but many screws are in a tough location and it is hit and miss whether you can get the hole for removal in the center of the remaining screw. I have rarely had any luck with this type of easy out. Time for this Dog to learn a new trick. Any suggestions or better easy out?
