You might consider having someone do it for you. I had over 275 holes in the roof of my Carryall . I was concerned about warping so I Counter sunk the holes to provide an edge. Then backed some up with a 4x4x1/8 piece of copper and soldered the holes closed. I used lead free solder and it worked great with no warpage. But I found it real slow. So I did the same thing and filled the holes using a 252 Miller Mig. No warpage there either. Low temp and a quick tack.
I knocked down the high spots with a 36 disc followed by a Vixen file.
That said I took off one of my door skins and had it metal worked by a pro. The other skin I did myself.
