You are looking at a different skill set.

If you are thinking no filler you want to go with a TIG weld. MIG is too hard to metalwork. On a radius MIG will work but for perfect metalwork on a flat surface TIG is the only way to go. TIG molecular structure will be close to the parent metal, not so with MIG.
High build primer = filler.
