You can't and that's the first problem with it. It has all kinds of great theoretical properties, but nobody's figured out how to make the stuff in any sort of usable quantity.

As for your claim that some new solar panel will be "an order of magnitude" more than current tech, that's utterly impossible. The best current cells are around 20% efficient. An order of magnitude better than that would be 200% efficient. If you copied that line from some article, it was just hype. You can't beat physics.
