I am a fan of White's in Spokane. However I really don't need the size and weight of their boot anymore, so I have been buying Danner Mountain Light boots for several years. They have a sole that would likely meet your requirements. They are not cheap, but they last for years, and the soles are such as can be removed and re-sewn, not glued on.
