Your W300 bolt pattern is 6 on 7-1/4, meaning 6 lugs on a 7-1/4 inch bolt circle diameter. Large truck 20" wheels will not fit as their bolt circle diameter is larger (don't remember exact dia.).
Look into 1100-16 Michelin tires. They are large and fir ont your unusual wheels. I have the 4.88 axle ratio in my '68 W300, and with the 1100-16 Michelins can travel 65 mph at 8 mpg. You would have to have special wheels made to use Gama Goat tires.
