Need taller wheels for 61 W300

Just picked up a 61 W300 with 16" split rim wheels. These are a 6-lug bolt pattern.
I have thought about going with the 18" Gamma Goat conversion. I've also just noticed that half track front wheels are 6 lug bolt pattern as well. Does anybody know if a half track wheel will bolt up to my 61, 6-lug, Dana 70 axles? I don't have a White half track out in the back yard to compare!!
