send them back to VPW and say they dont fit. try a different brand. midwest military? I am a believer in the bronze bushing. there is a reason they engineered it that way. All close knuckles ever buitl that I have seen had it. it stabilzes the knuckle. if you are only going to drive on pavemnet the bearings will probalby be fine. But i like to beat mine offroad and want the reliabilty of the bushing.
