No there has NOT been as bad run of those, those are made by a meticulous machine shop to a +/-0.0005" tolerance. However having installed tons of these and measured a few trunnion pins over the years we do find a variance there. Sterling, I hope the discussion we had and no charge replacement we sent you resolves the issue.
