it may just be the polarity that it isnt charging? Ill try to the polarity thing again this weekend to make sure, but with all the sophisticated stuff we tested it with at work the other day, nothing showed anything coming off it. But, Im willing to try again before taking it out and spending time and money. If its not the polarity, cleaning the armature would make it suddenly start charging? It looks clean, its just not charging
