No way to really say without pictures and a more detailed description. Probably, in the $2,000-$3,000 range. Realistically, you'd be much better off spending more money and getting a running, driving, rust-free truck.
But, misery loves company. And, go ahead and join the rest of us who optimistically under-estimated the time, money, effort and commitment necessary to get one of these derelicts in any kind of decent condition.
Seriously, any significant rust through in the frame or critical areas (like the roof seam) make these trucks a bad deal for anything else other than parts.
