Hmmm, the M37 has a vacuum operated accelerator pump, so pushing on the gas pedal of a not-running engine does not squirt a prime shot into the manifold? So this might be handy on M37s in general, especially those only used intermittently.

I suspect it would be plumbed into the fitting in the top of the manifold, or some where just under the carb for a more central shot.
