It is my understanding that you plumb a line into the main fuel line before the mechanical pump. That line goes to the dash-mounted hand pump then flows via the output tube to an atomizer fitting in the intake manifold. Designed for vehicles that don’t get to see a lot of use in the high arctic. It also works well for vehicles that don’t get to see a lot of use here in the lower 48. Are you tired of pulling the air cleaner off to prime the carb yet? I am. I am going to install mine very soon.
