Yup...that jogs my memory...my 93 First Gen I installed an NV5600 & was lucky that it was a 5speed truck & so TC & coupling fit right on the back with only having to machine the coupling to mate with the seal on the back of the 6speed.
Had it been an auto transmission, I'd have had to find a 5speed NP205.
