Spitfire Flat head

I was out at one of my favorite places today and the guy says I found that flat head I told you about, I looked and it was a Spitfire... At least that's what It says on the head... I bought it. Could anyone tell me anything about it or, where to go with questions? The number on it is. C38-234028
