The 1954 edition of Motor's Auto Repair Manual lists the C-38 as the engine found in Chrysler Town and Country 6 cars from 1946-48, 250.6cid, 6.6 comp ratio, 114 max brake hp@3600rpm, 204 lbs.ft. max torque@1200rpm. Have the tune-up/distributor specs if you need them.
