you are changing the final drive ratio so you
need to measure the difference in the rolling
circumference of the tires
take your old tire & wheel and measure the
distance that one revolution makes (should be
on the vehicle as the loaded circumference is more accurate). (start with the valve stem down mark the deck then roll until the valve stem is again down ) measure the distance between the two marks - then do the same with
the new tire. the percentage diff between the 2 measurements is your % gear change.
then weigh both tire & wheel units if the
new one is heavier then it will take more energy to start & stop it.
bottom line max mileage increase you could expect would be the% diff in the rolling circumferences
this is not rocket science
you can do it yourself with a tape measure
and a piece of chalk
