Brakes

I have a 1955 Power Wagon with a vacuum booster on the brakes. When I apply the brakes they don't want to release.
I crack the line out of the booster and just get a drop of fluid.
After tracking it down to the left rear wheel, when I crack that bleeder, I get a lot of fluid, under pressure at first.
Guess I need wheel cylinder rebuild.
Any other ideas what might be the problem.
