I had that problem on a 1969 D-500 one time. Left front brake wouldn't release. Don't know why that was the only one affected. I adjusted the rod and the problem went away.
I removed the rubber hose on the back of the Power Wagon, I can't blow thru it in either direction. Non local, gonna try the big city tomorrow, may have to wait til Wed. for hose.
Thanks for the ideas, hope the hose cures the problem.
