I had to replace the water pump on my 65 WM300. I had been told you could remove this without moving the radiator. I was not sure I could do this, never tried it before. So I did loosen the bolts on the radiator and tilt it forward a bit.. But by taking of the fan first, you might be able to avoid that. I thought it easier to jusr move the radiator forward WITHOUT disconnecting the bottom hose...which looks hard to access.
The pump itself was used on lots (all?) of 251/265 motors, but the housing I think is specifiic to the PW. But since you have that, the pumps are available. I bought two from my local part store and they could get more. Don't recall the price, around $35 I think.
