OT....Wagner Airless Paint Sprayer

I want to paint my home, shop and other buildings this summer. By brush it will take forever. Does anyone have experience using the Wagner Airless Paint Sprayer for Latex House paint. Does the Wagner work well for this type of work. Any special tips needed or does the Wagner Gun come Plug and Paint ?
