Bucky is right. I used to paint a whole (new) house, inside and out in one day. My Dad was building them and before we installed the windows and doors I would spray airless. Didn't have to mask. You can get a narrow fan and get up close to things with little overspray. Then cut in the trim with a brush. Even with windows I found it easier not to mask and spray up to the frame and scrape the overspray off the glass with a razor blade and trim with a brush. If you mask use the 3M blue tape... works good. Also they might rent a tape dispenser that puts it on with a 12" roll of paper.
