Get the pump type that has the piston in the 5 gal paint bucket, Be prepared to spend time masking everything and covering stuff. Nothing worse than a bunch of over spray on your roofs.
Also best to spray on a cool day and run a roller over it so you have a uniform texture.
The sprayer I got was about seven bills and I added a wand extension of 24" so I can go up ten feet without a ladder.
