If I understand correctly, you have a 12V PW with 24V M37 gauges? The gas gauge is the only one you have to worry about unless the M37 uses an electric sender for oil and temp. You can take the gas gauge to a gauge shop and get it calibrated to suit your 12v sender, otherwise you will have to swap in 12V gauges. Easy to go down in voltage, but not up.
