Well, I have court on tuesday at 3. Taking a local dealer to court for $3000.00. Long story short, they messed up a water pump install, they left a chunk of the cheap plastic impeller in the engine which blew the new pump and less than two weeks later the head gasket blew and the heads were warped from the overheating. I walked in to the dealers service manager with the parts pictured, the piece on the left is from the previous pump..and he told me "not my problem" I told him "your forcing me to take you to small claims court" and he said go ahead!! So here we go, wish me luck !
