You would think that the mechanic who pulled the pump off and saw that the impeller was in pieces would think about finding and removing all of them ! But everything is a rush job, get em in get em out. They just slapped on the new one and pushed it out the door.
Another dealer did the engine job and gave me a $1000 break on the labor. The dealer that screwed it up said it was a Chrysler issue, and chrysler said its a dealer issue. Round n round i went...got sick of it n told the service manager "see you in court" He said fine. He was adament they did nothing wrong even as i stood in front of him with the parts in my hand !
