Ideas to help smog?

Ok I got the money in my pocket and im ready to go and pick up this list top get my smog set on my 78'.

-New Hight Output Coil
-High Output Sparkplugs and oversize the gap a little.
-New Catalatic Converter

And some Jack Daniels in the gas might help?
Just kiding.
