A hotter thermostat 210 degrees.....Fresh oil...and do not idle in line before the test.....Yes the alcohol trick does work....so does low octane gas like SUNOCO 86.....
I have heard that putting a hole in the pipe after the CAT will divert some gas out of the system and thus not into the sniffer.
I also heard to disconect the pipe and divert them down and then put in a dummy tailpipe...the $7.00 an hour employees never check to see if you have a working exhaust system....or just vote REPUBLICAN....
