An OT beer question

Went out of state to bootleg in some brews and got warm beer but on the way home the weather got cold and clilled it down to 32* F and I don't have room in my fridge for it all. Should it keep fine in the garage at 40 something or warmer? How warm? Hate to take the good edge off of it.
