there is a scene in tommy boy where the parts manager tells tommy boy that all of the parts he sells have a guarantee on the box. he says it makes him and the customer comfortable. tommy (his dad sells auto parts) relates that he can take a dump and a box and put a guarantee but he'd rather sell the guy quality auto parts. i can't believe that im quoting tommy boy, but every time i hit one of the national auto parts stores i'm looking for a guarantee on a box.
