brake problem,,,what to do?

I took my ffpw out for spin before going to a more distant car show.

I noticed that the rear brake was hanging up and got very hot. So when I got it back, I jacked up the wheel and thought I would back off a little on the adjusters. The top ones were easily turned. The bottom lock nuts also easily turned. The little inside adjusters would not move in either direction.

I don't think I can take the hub off unless I can retract the shoes...so it seems I am stuck. Any suggestions
