that crack isnt a big worry it was caused when someone put the carrier back in , was crooked and they were pulling it in with a impact gun not hard to do > you should always tighten up evenly like 2 oclock 8 oclo then 10 o and 4 o ,12 0 and 6 0 and so on till the carriers home > myself welding it would only look worse . and to braze a piece that big would take a lot > stick .if it doest leak and the crack isnt spreading i would just clean it well and get some super expoxy wounder stuff fill the crack > all so i would put the smallest punch mark at the end of the crack so you can keep a good eye on it if it spreads as measurement ~ Copey
