Cummins Diesel mate to a 440 bellhousing?

I'm considering putting diesel motor in 1970 W300. Will a Cummins Turbo Diesel out of 91 3/4 ton truck bolt up to a 440 bellhousing? Anyone havean opinion on this Cummins motor?
